The completion of kite runner (March.9.2020)

For my last blog post, I wanted to discuss my completion of the kite runner. The book was amazing, I love how it developed. The most shocking parts consist of Amir meeting Assef again, Sohrab being adopted by Amir, and lastly, Amir running after the kite at the end of the book. I loved how Amir has grown so much since chapter 10. I also feel like Amir finally got to redeem himself fully. Also still dislike how Baba lied to Amir and Hassan about them being siblings and also Rahim Khan lying to Amir about the family for Sohrab in Peshawar. However,I can understand why because it contributed to the overall ending of the book. All in all, this was a great book.
